Civil Construction Job Cover Letter
The civil construction job cover letter will describe the essential part of the resume in a positive manner. Nowadays, it is very important to draft a cover letter, as it helps in the recruitment process. In other words, it acts as a career booster in getting a call for the interview. The cover letter is built in order to highlight the important parts of your resume i.e. your credentials.
There is a particular structure/format for drafting the cover letter i.e. it should begin with the details of the person seeking for the job (name, address, email address and telephone number), followed by the date on which you are sending the cover letter to the recruiter. Next comes the information about the recruiter (name of the recruiter, designation, name of the company and address of the company). Now comes the important aspect of the cover letter i.e. the subject line that includes the position for which you are applying, followed by the reference of the cover letter. The reference gives support to your cover letter. Then comes the main body of the cover letter that is again divided into 3 parts: the first is the introduction that includes the main purpose of writing the cover letter and also show your job experience in brief; the second is the middle section that deals with the professional qualification, academic qualifications, project details, achievements, internship, present and past experience, extra-curricular activities and skill set; the third and last section deals with salutation to the recruiter or reader for their valuable and precious time in going through the cover letter. At the end, put your signature, followed by your name and do remember to attach your resume and the other required documents enclosed with the cover letter.
